Role Description

This full-time position is for a Digital Marketing Manager at our Chennai office, requiring on-site presence. The role involves managing and implementing digital marketing strategies, overseeing social media campaigns, driving lead generation initiatives, analyzing web performance using analytics tools, and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve business goals. The Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's online presence and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies to plan and execute successful campaigns
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive customer engagement and conversions
• Strong analytical skills with aptitude in Web Analytics to monitor performance and optimize results
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta, Linkedin and CRM platforms is a plus
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to dynamic trends in the travel and tourism industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
