About the Role:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead data-driven digital campaigns, manage lead generation and conversion, and drive growth across digital channels. This role suits a strategic marketer with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Marketing: Develop and execute ROI-focused campaigns across SEM, SEO, Social Media, PPC, Display, and Email Marketing.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize lead funnels, improve conversion rates, and manage nurturing workflows with sales alignment.
- Digital Strategy & Growth: Lead digital projects to enhance acquisition, explore new marketing channels, and stay ahead of trends.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (CPL, conversion rate, ROI), conduct A/B tests, and derive insights for continuous improvement.
- Agency & Budget Management: Manage digital agencies, allocate budgets effectively, and ensure performance optimization.
Qualifications & Skills:- Education: MBA in Marketing (Tier II/III B-School preferred)
- Experience: Digital/performance marketing with team management experience
- Expertise: SEO, SEM, Social Media, Campaign & Lead Management, Analytics, and Agency Coordination
