Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and a proven leader in driving growth through SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and present ROI-focused reports.
- Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media (Meta, LinkedIn, X), Email, and Display.
- Oversee and optimize paid ad budgets for maximum ROI.
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Drive organic growth through technical SEO, content strategy, link-building, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to produce engaging content.
- Social Media & Community Building
- Oversee brand voice and content strategy across all social platforms.
- Monitor trends and engagement metrics to grow community and brand influence.
- Automation & Analytics
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics to automate campaigns and track performance.
- Use A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, analysts, and designers.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and tech teams to align on marketing goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's a plus)
- 47 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media
- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, and CRMs
- Strong understanding of data analytics, funnel optimization, and lead generation strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
