Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead growth and performance marketing for Yoga Circle's web products. This role will own end-to-end acquisition growth across paid and organic channels, with a strong focus on top-of-funnel scale, lead generation, acquisition quality, funnel optimization, and conversion performance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, growth-oriented, and highly execution-focused, with experience scaling digital campaigns and optimizing user journeys across the acquisition funnel. This role will work closely with product, communication, CRM, and content teams to drive sustainable user growth, improve conversion efficiency, and strengthen Yoga Circle's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Top-of-Funnel Growth: Scale, Traffic & Brand:

● Drive large-scale user acquisition and awareness campaigns across web and digital channels

● Own performance marketing initiatives focused on traffic growth, lead generation, and brand visibility

● Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, partner, and affiliate platforms to maximize reach and qualified user acquisition

● Collaborate with communication and content teams to launch impactful awareness and growth campaigns

● Identify and scale new acquisition channels, audience segments, and growth opportunities

2. Improve Acquisition Quality:

● Improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency through event optimization, audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization

● Analyze user journeys and acquisition funnels to identify triggers and behaviors of good quality acquisitions

● Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, messaging, and targeting strategies

● Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.

3. Acquisition Conversion & Growth Performance:

● Drive lead-to-conversion performance across web products and digital funnels

● Optimize conversion journeys through data-driven experimentation and performance insights

● Improve conversion rates across landing pages, lead flows, and nurture journeys

● Collaborate with CRM and lifecycle teams to improve conversion efficiency and user activation

● Track, analyze, and report acquisition and conversion performance to drive measurable business growth

4. SEO Optimization & Organic Growth:

● Drive SEO strategy to improve organic traffic, search visibility, and discoverability of Yoga Circle web properties.

● Optimize website structure, landing pages, content, and metadata for search performance and user intent.

● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify organic growth opportunities.

● Collaborate with content and product teams to build SEO-friendly content and scalable organic acquisition funnels.

● Monitor SEO performance metrics including rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and conversion contribution.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

● 3–8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles

● Proven experience managing lead generation and acquisition campaigns at scale

● Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and digital campaign management

● Experience optimizing web funnels, landing pages, and lead conversion journeys

● Strong understanding of acquisition metrics including CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance

● Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing analytics platforms

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

● Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
