Responsibilities-
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and scale campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and manage monthly paid marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels in coordination with design and development teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify new growth opportunities across search, display, remarketing, and performance marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with content, social media, SEO, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest paid advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills-
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- In-depth understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns and optimizing for lead generation.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Experience in IT services, B2B lead generation, or international market targeting.
- Google Ads / Meta Certification is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
