Digital Marketing Manager (Hands-on Growth Resource)

Role Summary:

A hands-on digital marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with executional depth. This role will own both paid and organic growth building campaigns that acquire parents, therapists, and institutions while driving engagement and brand authority for CognitiveBotics.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end marketing funnel (awareness lead conversion retention).

Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

Develop and implement SEO, SEM, content, and email marketing strategies.

Build landing pages, nurture journeys, and performance dashboards.

Drive community marketing parent groups, therapist forums, webinars.

Collaborate with SDR & Sales teams for lead scoring, nurturing, and MQL handoff.

Work on creative storytelling for brand campaigns (videos, blogs, thought leadership).

Manage small in-house team / freelancers for content, design, and automation.

Profile Requirements:

610 years of experience in digital performance marketing (preferably in EdTech, HealthTech in

SaaS set-up).

Proven track record of lead generation (CPL/CAC optimization).

Hands-on in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, and GA4.

Analytical + creative mindset can interpret data and craft narratives.

Must be a doer capable of designing creatives, writing copies, driving content marketing

strategies, and optimizing campaigns independently.

KPIs:

Cost per Lead (CPL) and LTV/CAC ratio

Lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-deal conversion rates

Organic traffic growth (SEO performance)

Campaign ROI and engagement metrics
