As we continue to scale, we are looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager who can help us build a predictable, profitable, and scalable customer acquisition engine.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about generating leads — it is about generating qualified leads, bookings, revenue, and profit.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be strong in:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Lead generation
  • Conversion tracking
  • Campaign optimization
  • Landing page improvement
  • ROAS and revenue reporting
  • CRM and sales-team coordination

You will work closely with the CEO, sales team, B2B team, package team, content team, and design team to generate quality leads for tours, activities, visas, packages, cruise, yacht, and UAE travel experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Campaign Management

You will plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:

  • Google Search Ads
  • Google Performance Max
  • Google Display and Remarketing
  • Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram
  • WhatsApp lead campaigns
  • Retargeting campaigns
  • YouTube Ads, if required

You will be responsible for improving campaign quality, reducing wasted spend, increasing qualified leads, and scaling campaigns that generate real bookings.

Google Ads Ownership

You must have strong hands-on experience in:

  • Keyword research
  • Search campaign structure
  • Match type strategy
  • Negative keyword management
  • Ad copy testing
  • Conversion tracking
  • Performance Max optimization
  • Location targeting
  • Audience targeting
  • Budget optimization

You should be able to manage campaigns for products such as:

  • Dubai attractions
  • Desert Safari Dubai
  • Dhow Cruise
  • Yacht experiences
  • UAE Visa
  • Dubai holiday packages
  • Singapore packages
  • Thailand packages
  • Bali packages
  • Europe packages
Meta Ads Ownership

You should be confident in managing:

  • Facebook lead campaigns
  • Instagram lead campaigns
  • WhatsApp message campaigns
  • Conversion campaigns
  • Retargeting campaigns
  • Lookalike audiences
  • Custom audiences
  • Creative testing
  • Audience testing
  • Campaign scaling

The focus is not only low CPL. The focus is lead quality, booking conversion, and revenue contribution.

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

You must be comfortable working with:

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion API
  • UTM tracking
  • CRM source tracking
  • Campaign-wise reporting
  • Lead-to-booking tracking

You should be able to report:

  • Ad spend
  • Leads generated
  • Qualified leads
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per qualified lead
  • Bookings generated
  • Revenue generated
  • ROAS
  • Gross profit contribution, wherever available
Sales Funnel & Lead Quality Improvement

You will work closely with the sales team to understand:

  • Which campaigns generate serious buyers
  • Which campaigns generate low-quality leads
  • Which destinations convert better
  • Which creatives bring high-intent inquiries
  • Which lead sources generate actual bookings

You must be willing to optimize campaigns based on sales feedback, not only platform dashboard numbers.

Landing Page & Conversion Improvement

You will coordinate with the content, design, and website team to improve:

  • Landing pages
  • Lead forms
  • WhatsApp CTAs
  • Offer messaging
  • Destination pages
  • Retargeting flows
  • Customer journey
Required Ski

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 4–8 years of performance marketing experience
  • Strong Google Ads experience
  • Strong Meta Ads experience
  • Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets
  • Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Pixel, and UTM tracking
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets reporting skills
  • Ability to work with sales teams and understand lead quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communication and ownership attitude

Preferred Candidate Background

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in:

  • Travel / OTA
  • Tourism
  • Hospitality
  • E-commerce
  • Real estate
  • Education
  • High-ticket lead generation
  • Lead-based sales businesses

Experience in travel is preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has strong performance marketing and funnel optimization experience.

What We Are Not Looking For

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who can connect marketing spend with leads, bookings, revenue, and profitability.

Compensation

Salary range:

₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Compensation will depend on:

  • Experience
  • Previous ad budgets managed
  • Campaign performance history
  • Tracking and analytics capability
  • Ability to generate qualified leads and revenue impact

Performance incentives may be considered for strong candidates based on business impact.
