Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be strong in:
You will work closely with the CEO, sales team, B2B team, package team, content team, and design team to generate quality leads for tours, activities, visas, packages, cruise, yacht, and UAE travel experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Campaign ManagementYou will plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
You will be responsible for improving campaign quality, reducing wasted spend, increasing qualified leads, and scaling campaigns that generate real bookings.
Google Ads OwnershipYou must have strong hands-on experience in:
You should be able to manage campaigns for products such as:

The focus is not only low CPL. The focus is lead quality, booking conversion, and revenue contribution.
Tracking, Analytics & ReportingYou must be comfortable working with:

CompensationSalary range:
