Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager for a Fast-Growing AI Software Company

Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing strategy for our fast-growing AI software company. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, optimizing our online presence, and leveraging digital channels to generate leads, nurture prospects, and promote our AI software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads for our AI software products.
  2. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, infographics, and more, that educates and engages our target audience.
  3. SEO and SEM: Optimize our website for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase organic and paid search traffic.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to engage with our audience and promote our AI solutions.
  5. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing sequences and newsletters, to convert leads into customers.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, and use data-driven insights to make improvements.
  7. Digital Advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including display advertising, retargeting, and social media advertising, to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
  8. Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement processes.
  9. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of AI and technology trends is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
