Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across our D2C brands through performance marketing, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels. The role requires strong execution, ownership of revenue metrics, and a data-driven approach to scaling campaigns and optimizing customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Amazon Ads, and Amazon DSP
  • Manage and scale marketplaces including Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
  • Build and optimize full-funnel strategies, including audience cohorts, retargeting, and conversion-focused landing pages
  • Implement and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google Tag Manager
  • Work with tools such as CM360, DV360, GA4 for campaign execution and performance tracking
  • Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical), keyword research, and SERP analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console
  • Manage social media campaigns, creatives (formats/sizes), and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns and build automation flows for retention
  • Monitor performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, ROI, and conversions, and prepare MIS reports and dashboards
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms

Requirements

  • 46 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and PPC campaign management
  • Experience with Amazon DSP, CM360, DV360 preferred
  • Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, Tag Manager, and CMS platforms (Shopify/WordPress)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and performance marketing funnels
  • Must have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central; experience with tools like Helium10 is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and digital creatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field
