Job Description

BrontoBoost Digital Media Collective is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple brands and clients. This role requires strong expertise in social media marketing, trend-driven content creation, paid advertising, and local business optimization. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy Trend Management

  • Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
  • Identify content opportunities based on trends, audience behavior, and performance data
  • Guide creative teams on content formats, captions, hooks, and posting strategies

Content Writing Content Calendar Planning

  • Write engaging, brand-aligned content including captions, ad copy, and promotional posts
  • Plan and manage monthly and weekly content calendars for multiple brands
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors for content execution

Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Instagram and Facebook
  • Manage campaign objectives such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Monitor performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Optimize audiences, creatives, budgets, and placements for better results

Google My Business Optimization

  • Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles for local visibility
  • Ensure accurate business information, categories, images, and updates
  • Plan and post regular updates, offers, and posts on Google My Business
  • Monitor reviews and support reputation management efforts

Performance Tracking Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using platform insights and dashboards
  • Prepare basic performance reports and recommendations
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing or social media marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
  • Proven content writing skills for social media and ads
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing and optimizing Google My Business profiles
  • Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads or SEO
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
  • Passion for digital marketing, branding, and content storytelling

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour break within working hours.

Every alternate Saturday will be a holiday.

Mandatory attendance is required for the daily standup meeting.

Work Location

This is a Work From Home role. Candidates must ensure reliable internet connectivity and availability during working hours.

Confidentiality

The Digital Marketing Manager is required to maintain strict confidentiality of all company, client, and proprietary information during and after employment.
