The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, evolving strategies for social media marketing, conducting lead generation activities, and analyzing data through web analytics to optimize marketing efforts. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and online presence while leading initiatives to maximize audience engagement and market reach.

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Social Media Marketing to develop and execute successful campaigns
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to identify and attract potential customers
• Knowledge of Web Analytics tools and methodologies to measure performance and optimize strategies
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and work independently as well as collaboratively
• Proven experience in a similar role and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and SEO best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
