Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to lead and execute online marketing initiatives for our fashion manufacturing and wholesale brand. The role focuses on brand visibility, lead generation, retailer acquisition, and content growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp Business
- Plan and execute reels, posts, stories, shorts, and long-form video content
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions
- Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, catalog promotion, and store visits
- Track ROAS, CPL, CTR, and campaign performance
- Manage ad budgets effectively
3. Content & Branding
- Create viral captions, hashtags, and campaign ideas aligned with fashion trends
- Develop storytelling content for brand building (manufacturer story, factory, collections)
- Support influencer collaborations and campaign launches
4. Lead Generation & CRM Support
- Generate B2B leads (retailers, distributors, resellers)
- Coordinate with sales team for lead handover and follow-ups
- Maintain and update leads in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
5. Website, Marketplace & SEO Support
- Assist in website updates, landing pages, and catalog uploads
- Basic knowledge of SEO, YouTube SEO, and listing optimization
- Track website traffic and conversions using analytics tools
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign data and recommend improvements
- Track competitor activity and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing (Fashion / Retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO & Analytics
- Creative mindset with trend awareness in fashion
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Apparel / Garment / Fashion Industry
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio)
- Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp marketing, influencer marketing
- Graphic or video editing knowledge is a plus
