About The Role

We're looking for a growth-focused strategist who can power both our businesses side by side, keeping priorities aligned and momentum steady. Someone who thinks like a brand architect, plans with precision, and guides a team with clarity and confidence. You will be responsible for building digital ecosystems, scaling audiences, converting leads, boosting visibility, and shaping campaigns that genuinely drive measurable results.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have 4-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with proven ability to manage multiple business verticals simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities are essential, including experience guiding or managing a team. Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and strategic execution is required. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot or Mailchimp, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and ad platforms like Meta and LinkedIn is necessary. A strategic mindset combined with disciplined execution skills will set successful applicants apart.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Build and execute unified digital strategies for both IT services and events. Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans. Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve shared goals.
  • Growth & Performance: Manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and remarketing journeys to improve leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Brand & Content: Develop comprehensive content strategies for websites, advertisements, blogs, reels, and email campaigns. Ensure consistency and clarity across both business verticals while collaborating closely with design, sales, and product teams.
  • SEO & Website Expansion: Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. Plan and monitor keywords, track rankings, and implement continuous improvements to enhance online visibility.
  • Events Marketing: Create digital strategies to promote company events and increase participation. Manage pre-launch buzz, engagement campaigns, and post-event follow-ups to maximize outreach.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as website traffic, leads, CPL, ROAS, and engagement levels. Share insights and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
