We enable the urban Indian to live better today in their homes, by giving them award-winning furniture and home decor with a basket of access to rent and buy. All of our furniture is designed in-house by experts. We don't just give furniture. We provide decor, accessories and appliances as well. We are launching our first ever offline stores so that one can furnish their entire home, room or corner without traversing multiple stores or websites.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong performance marketing background, capable of managing large budgets and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement through innovative digital campaigns across various channels. You will play a pivotal role in scaling Furlenco's presence in new markets and enhancing our overall digital footprint, ensuring measurable results aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of extensive experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles, preferably within D2C, subscription-based, or app-driven consumer businesses.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360, and OTT platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools including GA4, Looker Studio, Clevertap, Mixpanel, and Appsflyer.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build attribution models, and optimize ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with creative testing frameworks, storytelling-led campaigns, and brand integration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, hustler attitude with a blend of strategic thinking and executional excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, and OTT platforms, ensuring alignment with CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period targets.
  • Manage large-scale advertising budgets, continuously testing and refining campaigns to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and execution of growth campaigns in new markets, categories, and product lines to expand Furlenco's reach.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, hypotheses testing, and scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns.
  • Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives through email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with product and data teams to improve user experience, increase on-site conversion rates, and optimize user journeys.
  • Implement segmentation strategies such as RFM and cohort analysis to identify opportunities for churn reduction and increased lifetime value.
  • Partner with brand and content teams to ensure consistent messaging, storytelling, and brand amplification across digital channels.
  • Lead integrated digital campaigns around brand films, influencer collaborations, and PR moments, measuring both performance and brand impact.
  • Establish dashboards, track KPIs, and lead weekly performance reviews to foster a data-driven culture.
  • Design and execute growth experiments, including landing page A/B tests, funnel improvements, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, CRM specialists, and collaborate with external agency partners.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, testing, and continuous learning within the team, driving innovation and excellence.
