Performance Digital Marketing Manager- Job Description

A Performance Marketing Manager is an expert in planning and implementing innovative paid advertising campaigns to grow the user base, traffic, and engagement for Kushals. The role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, improving ROAS, and maximizing conversions through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other performance channels.
  • Own and optimize the full-funnel customer journey awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Increase conversion rates and lower CAC by optimizing ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and funnel performance.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve click-through, engagement, and purchase behavior.
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate funds based on performance, ROI, and campaign goals.
  • Analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, CPC, and CPA daily and take immediate actions for optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve spend efficiency.
  • Generate performance dashboards and provide actionable insights for quick decision-making.
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketplace, SEO, Tech, and content teams for campaign execution.
  • Develop audience segmentation and remarketing strategies to improve repeat purchases and lifecycle value.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency in advertising spending.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree in marketing or business administration may be preferred.
  • 68 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in Retail, Fashion, D2C, or eCommerce.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and managing advertising budgets.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Hands-on expertise with: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,Marketplace ad tools (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads), GA4, GTM; CRO tools an advantage
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Advanced analytical skills; strong command over Excel/data dashboards.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
