Beat Educations is a rapidly expanding EdTech powerhouse across India and UAE, delivering skill development, corporate training, placements, and aviation programs. We're seeking a performance marketing expert to drive explosive growth through data-driven campaigns.

Role Overview

Lead our digital marketing strategy with acore focus on performance marketing(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). You'll own ROI-positive campaigns, student lead generation, and brand scaling across B2B (colleges/corporates) and B2C (students/professionals) channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and optimize high-ROI paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage budgets (5-20L/month scale), A/B testing, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling for lead gen/sales.
  • Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV) using Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and email/SMS automation (experience with HubSpot/Klaviyo a plus).
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals (enrollments, partnerships).
  • Create weekly/monthly reports showcasing campaign impact on revenue and lead quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years inperformance marketing(agency/startup experience preferred; EdTech/SaaS ideal).
  • Proven track record scaling paid campaigns with10L+ monthly budgetsand strong ROAS (2x+).
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search/Display/Shopping), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Excel/SQL for data analysis.
  • Bonus: Experience with YouTube Ads, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion rate optimization.
