Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and drive lead generation efforts to increase customer engagement and achieve business growth. You will leverage data-driven insights, analyze web analytics, and work cross-functionally to ensure the effective promotion of AiDOOS's Virtual Delivery Center model. Collaboration with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives will be a core responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Professional with 4-6 yrs. of experience in Technology, SaaS, Platform-based businesses
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, platform management, and audience engagement strategies
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Marketing to create and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition and conversion
  • Experience in Web Analytics to track, evaluate, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO, GEO, SEM, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage
