Role Objective
To independently plan, execute, and scaleend-to-end digital marketing activitiesfor BRENUR, focusing onbrand building, qualified lead generation, and business growthusing modern digital platforms and tools.
This role demandsownership, accountability, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & SEO
- Own and managewww.brenur.com
- Drive organic traffic throughSEO (On-page, Technical & Local SEO)
- Keyword strategy for interior fit-out, civil, structural & turnkey services
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation
- Manage Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Improve website conversion rate and user experience
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B & Corporate Lead Generation)
- Generatehigh-quality B2B leads(corporates, developers, factories, consultants)
- Manage budgets, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality
- Set up tracking pixels, conversions & retargeting funnels
- Coordinate with management for lead handover and feedback
3. Social Media Management & Branding
- Handle company presence on:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook (Meta)
- Google Business Profile
- Create content calendars aligned with business goals
- Publish project updates, site progress, beforeafter visuals, case studies
- Buildbrand authority and credibility, not just engagement
- Support founder branding and company positioning
4. Content Marketing & Communication
- Create and manage:
- Blogs & articles
- Case studies & project highlights
- Service explainers & landing page content
- Email marketing campaigns
- Support marketing content for:
- Proposals & presentations
- Client pitches
- Hiring & employer branding
5. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
- Integrate website leads withCRM (Zoho preferred)
- Lead tracking, tagging, scoring & follow-ups
- Email automation & lead nurturing workflows
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Maintain clean and updated lead data
6. Analytics, Reporting & Strategy
- Prepareweekly and monthly marketing MIS
- Track leads, conversions, cost per lead & ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize continuously
- Competitor analysis and market insights
- Suggest new tools, automation & AI-driven improvements
