Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Delhi, India. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to enhance lead generation and drive business growth. Responsibilities include social media strategy development and implementation, monitoring web analytics, and devising efficient marketing practices to achieve business objectives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Social Media Marketing skills to create, implement, and analyze social media strategies
• Ability to generate leads through effective online campaigns and tools
• Proficiency in Web Analytics for tracking and interpreting campaign performance data
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proven ability in creating customer-centric strategies and scalable marketing solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus
