Role Overview
Digital Marketing Lead to take care of the end-to-end Digital strategy for each Brand, Content Strategy and Creative application + execution on Digital + Social Media platforms across focused businesses.
The role requires a leader who can drive growth across diverse audiences, build scalable systems, and deliver strong business outcomes through performance, brand, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Brand Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute integrated yet differentiated digital strategies for for all three brands.
Own ROI optimization, and performance governance.
Establish unified dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs.
2. Brand-wise Ownership
Dealer/distributor/Contractor/Mason/Engineer engagement using regional & vernacular campaigns, strong video-led awareness, offline-online integration.
Consumer demand generation, lead generation campaigns, local SEO, education-led content (home protection), seasonal campaigns (monsoon), lead funnel optimization.
Performance marketing, social media & influencer strategy, brand storytelling, retention (loyalty, repeat purchase), grow E-Commerce sales
3. Performance Marketing & Growth
Lead paid media (Google, Meta, YouTube) across brands.
Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth
Drive structured experimentation (A/B testing, audience, creatives).
4. SEO, Content & Organic Growth & Website audit
Execute local + content-driven SEO strategies.
Oversee blogs, videos, landing pages, and social content.
Build long-term organic traffic and brand authority.
5. Funnel Optimization
Optimize landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
Improve lead-to-sale conversion and checkout journeys
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in multi-brand digital Marketing Strategy, Brand enhancement using Digital Media.
Expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce growth, website traffic enhancement.
Deep understanding of B2C and hybrid B2B/B2C models.
Proficiency in SEO, content, CRM, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills: CAC, ROAS, funnel optimization.
Experience & Qualifications
8-10 years in digital marketing with proven growth impact.
Experience across FMCG/D2C preferred.
Academic qualification: MBA
Preferable secondary requirement – Basic understanding of Tools & Platforms
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube | GA4, Looker/Power BI | Ahrefs/SEMrush | HubSpot | Shopify, Amazon Seller Central
