The role will require to Lead the Digital Marketing activities for noon Food across all channels.
- Develop strategies, implement campaigns and optimize the digital performance marketing channels of Noon Food (paid search, shopping campaigns, digital growth channels, SEO) to drive traffic, engagement and retention.
- Effectively execute performance marketing strategies by deploying, implementing and managing multi-channel campaigns
- Manage budgets and leverage data across the digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency
- Manage and maintain day to day operations including execution, QA and reporting of campaigns
- Develop and execute test and learn strategies across all channels
- Measure the incrementality of the different channels and campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency
- Manage communication, set a process and build relation with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify new and emerging marketing channels. Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.
- Track KPIs and develop reporting process to assess performance and implement actions accordingly
What you'll need:
- Bachelors in Digital Marketing or a similar field
- 4 years experience in digital performance marketing
- Heavy operational experience with search, special, shopping and/or remarketing channels
- Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing activities
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
