Job Summary

As the SEO/SEM Head, you will be responsible for driving the digital growth strategy by managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns to ensure strong performance and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and paid marketing performance
- Analyze and track ROI, reach, and conversions for digital marketing campaigns
- Use data-driven insights to create high-impact SEM/SEO plans
- Identify and segment potential customer groups for targeted campaigns
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends
- Optimize content and landing pages for SEO performance
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure, report, and improve performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align digital campaigns with overall business goals
- Create monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Plan and execute A/B testing and other testing methodologies for continuous improvement
