Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: On-Site (Full-time)

CTC: 3-4 LPA

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is curious, execution-focused, and eager to learn how growth works in a B2B SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on exposure to performance marketing, content-led demand generation, campaign execution, landing page optimisation, analytics, and lead nurturing.

This is a broad role by design. You will work on real marketing activities across channels, help run experiments, track what is working, and support the team in generating qualified inbound demand.

What will you own

1) Performance Marketing

  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, copy inputs, tracking links, and landing page requirements.

Deliverable: Campaign execution support + weekly campaign tracker

2) Landing Page & CRO Support

  • Support landing page creation and refinement with copy, section flow, CTA suggestions, and proof blocks
  • Help review drop-off points from ad click to signup/demo
  • Assist in A/B testing ideas for headlines, CTA text, page sections, and forms
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to improve page experience and conversion flow

Deliverable: CRO support inputs + landing page optimisation suggestions

3) Organic Content & Distribution Support

  • Support the distribution of educational marketing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, blog, and other channels
  • Help repurpose long-form content into short-form promotional assets and distribution ideas
  • Assist in identifying content topics based on search intent, audience pain points, and campaign priorities
  • Work with content and design teams to ensure consistent publishing and promotion

Deliverable: Content distribution support + content opportunity tracker

4) Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture Support

  • Support the execution of email, WhatsApp, and nurture workflows in tools like HubSpot
  • Help organise contact lists, campaign journeys, and follow-up sequences.
  • Assist in reviewing open rates, click rates, and engagement data from lifecycle campaigns
  • Work with the team to improve lead follow-up and conversion support across the funnel

Deliverable: Workflow Implementation + campaign engagement insights

5) Research & Market Inputs

  • Research competitor activity, messaging styles, ad angles, landing pages, and content trends
  • Collect useful examples, references, and insights that can improve Learnyst's campaigns and messaging
  • Help maintain a structured record of observations and ideas that can support growth experiments

Deliverable: Competitor and market research repository

Nice to have:

  • Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in digital marketing, content marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and marketing dashboards
  • Curiosity about how digital marketing impacts leads, conversions, and revenue
  • Open to learning and working across multiple types of marketing activities
