We are looking for a seasoned Marketing associate with a strong grasp of both technical and strategic marketing to elevate our brand and fuel our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals in the robotics sector.
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies to promote robotic solutions across multiple industries.
- Product Marketing: Craft compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies for robotics products and solutions.
- Content Creation: Oversee creation of technical content (case studies, white papers, blogs, product videos, etc.) that resonate with industry professionals and decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Plan and execute campaigns to drive demand and generate qualified leads via digital, events, and partner channels.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, customer interviews, and market research to inform positioning and product development.
- Events & Tradeshows: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and webinars; coordinate logistics and messaging.
- Digital Marketing: Manage performance across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media, to maximise visibility and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure campaign ROI and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 2–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in robotics, automation, industrial tech, or hardware sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
- Demonstrated success in launching marketing campaigns that generated tangible business outcomes.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a must from B school ).
- Event Ownership: Proven experience running industry trade shows from booth planning to budget management.
- Digital Strategy: Candidates who lead the strategy, rather than just supporting it.
- Tenure: At least 2+ years in a dedicated marketing role.
