Job Description: Digital Marketing Head
Role Overview
HKI Media & Services is looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head who will lead the digital growth and online marketing strategies for all the brands managed by the company.
The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of all digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, content strategy, and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for creating impactful marketing strategies that drive brand traction, audience engagement, and lead generation for multiple brands under HKI Media.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for all brands handled by HKI Media.
Plan and manage multi-platform campaigns across social media, search engines, and digitaladvertising platforms.
Identify growth opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and customer acquisition through digital channels.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and growth metrics.
Brand Growth & Online Traction
Drive online brand traction, audience engagement, and community growth.
Develop strategies to strengthen the digital presence of brands across platforms.
Identify and implement new marketing channels and growth tactics.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Strategize and oversee digital campaigns for different brands and projects.
Work closely with the Creative Head, Content Team, and Graphic Designers to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
Align digital campaigns with brand goals, content strategies, and marketing objectives.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and manage the digital marketing team and content marketing efforts.
Coordinate with brand managers, creative teams, and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and within campaign timelines.
Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, traffic, and lead generation metrics.
Use data-driven insights to improve campaign strategies and marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising
Expertise in lead generation and performance marketing strategies
Knowledge of content marketing, digital analytics, and marketing automation tools
Ability to plan and execute multi-brand digital campaigns
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
36 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles
Experience managing digital campaigns for brands or agencies is preferred
