Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Expert who can build and lead the digital ecosystem of NPPD Care and support hospital growth projects across India. This is an
equity-based leadership role for someone who wants ownership and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Digital Presence
- Build and manage NPPD Care's brand across all digital platforms.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and content strategy for hospital-focused communication.
- Create storytelling funnels around hospital transformations, audits, and case studies.
- Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Run targeted campaigns to acquire hospitals in the 50100 bed category.
- Build digital funnels that convert cold leads into assessments and strategy calls.
- Work with sales to create pre-pitch and post-pitch nurturing flows.
- Execution of Multichannel Marketing
- Manage performance marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee email marketing, automation, retargeting, and CRM-driven outreach.
- Lead content creation: reels, graphics, blogs, videos, case highlights, and workshops.
- Hospital Marketing Project Support
- Support the internal team in designing marketing strategies for hospitals we onboard.
- Build hospital-specific digital funnels for OPD, procedures, and specialty departments.
- Create templates, reports, and deep-dive analytics dashboards for each project.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track CAC, CPL, ROI, conversion metrics, and improve campaigns continuously.
- Build performance dashboards for founders and sales teams.
- Optimize budgets and identify highest-yield channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, consulting, or service-based industries.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, content, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to create campaigns for high-ticket B2B clients (hospitals).
- Experience in building marketing systems from scratch.
- Creative + data-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in an equity-first, ownership-driven environment.
