About Kefilo
Kefilo is building a next-generation
food & wellness ecosystemfunctional foods, nutrition-led kitchens, digital wellness tools, and experiential retail. We are in our pre-seed stage with a growing equity-based founding team across product, R&D, operations, nutrition, and technology.
Equity Structure
- 34 discussion rounds to define ownership areas
- 1-month NDA cohort to assess performance & alignment
- Post-cohort: Cofounder/Leadership Agreement
- Equity allotted only after Pvt. Ltd. registration & first funding
- 5-year vesting (standard startup model)
- Compensation begins after funding, not during cohort This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a brand from zero and own a piece of the company.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Expert who can build the complete digital side of Kefilobrand strategy, content systems, campaigns, growth funnels, and digital presence. You will work directly with the founder and product teams to shape how our brand appears, communicates, and scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Build digital brand identity, voice, and storytelling frameworks
- Craft communication around nutrition, wellness, food innovation, and lifestyle
- Define content pillars and long-term brand architecture
- Content & Performance Marketing
- Create high-quality content (short-form, static, carousel, emailers, blogs, ads)
- Manage performance campaigns (Meta, Google) and optimize for CAC & conversions
- Build organic and paid funnels for awareness engagement conversion
- Social Media & Community Growth
- Grow Kefilo's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Build consumer-facing communities around food, wellness, and functional living
- Use analytics to improve engagement, retention, and reach
- Growth, Automation & Analytics
- Set up tracking dashboards (GA4, Meta Manager, CRM)
- Implement marketing automation workflows and lead funnels
- Use insights to drive product, brand, and content decisions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with product, kitchen, nutrition, tech, and operations teams
- Support new product launches, campaigns, and partnerships
- Create digital assets for events, workshops, and brand activations
Who We Are Looking For
- 25 years experience in digital marketing, brand growth, or performance marketing
- Strong portfolio of content, campaigns, or brand work
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Comfortable in an early-stage environment with high ownership
- Passion for food, wellness, lifestyle, or nutrition (preferred)
- Hunger to build something from 0 1 and grow into a leadership role
