Role: Digital Marketing Expert Equity-Based | Remote | Founding Team Role
We are looking for a highly creative, analytical, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Expert who can help build and scale Kefilo's digital presence from the ground level.
This role goes far beyond running advertisements or managing social media platforms.
You will help build scalable digital growth systems capable of driving awareness, trust, engagement, community growth, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Growth Strategy
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across organic and paid channels to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and long-term customer acquisition.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms while tracking key performance metrics and ROI.
- Content & Funnel Development
Work closely with branding, wellness, nutrition, and content teams to create digital funnels, educational campaigns, lead nurturing systems, and conversion-focused customer journeys.
- Community & Ecosystem Building
Support influencer collaborations, community-building initiatives, partnership campaigns, and audience engagement strategies that strengthen Kefilo's authority in wellness and preventive healthcare.
