What this role is really about
This role owns demand creation for Zenithive. Not traffic vanity, not keyword ranking in isolation. The job is to convert positioning into leads, conversations, and credibility.
What you will do
- Own and execute Zenithive's digital marketing motion across website, content, search, paid channels, and email
- Translate business goals into campaigns that drive inbound interest from founders, product leaders, and decision-makers
- Plan and publish content that supports sales conversations, case studies, offerings, and partnerships
- Work closely with sales and leadership to align messaging with what actually converts on calls
- Run SEO as a growth lever, not a checkbox activity
- Track performance using meaningful metrics like lead quality, conversion, pipeline influence
- Continuously test messaging, formats, and channels and kill what does not work

- Someone who only talks in tools
- Someone whose success story starts and ends with rankings
- Someone who needs a step-by-step playbook to function
What we are looking for
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and buyer psychology
- Ability to think end-to-end, from positioning to conversion
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
- Clear written communication
- Working knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, content marketing, analytics
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, tech services, or startups is a strong plus

- Clear inbound motion in place
- Consistent, relevant leads entering the pipeline
- Marketing assets actively used by sales
- Messaging that reflects how Zenithive is sold, not how it sounds on paper
