Position Overview:
We're looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing professional to spearhead our online presence. Your primary goal will be to drive qualified traffic and position xAmplify prominently in Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) through strategic digital marketing initiatives, especially SEO. You'll lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns that fuel our brand's growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a core focus on SEO, alongside PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Own the SEO roadmapincluding on-page SEO, off-page link-building, and technical SEOto increase xAmplify's visibility and ranking in Google SERPs.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities and optimize existing content.
- Manage SEO platforms and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog for auditing, tracking, and optimization.
- Work closely with content creators and writers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all content initiatives.
- Monitor website performance, track traffic, and analyse KPIs using Google Analytics, GA4, and SEO dashboards to drive ongoing improvements.
- Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to complement organic growth efforts.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, landing page refinement, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Stay on top of SEO algorithm changes, digital trends, and industry best practices to ensure Xamplify stays ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any degree with relevant experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of SEO success.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Proficiency with Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console)
- Strong creative skills with experience in Canva, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and presentation design
- Experience with video editing tools like Filmora
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), and content management systems like WordPress.
- Demonstrated ability to rank content and pages in competitive SERPs.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with an eye for detail and user experience.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or tech environment is a plus.

- Xamplify appears on page one of Google for key industry search terms.
- Website traffic, domain authority, and organic lead generation increase consistently quarter over quarter.
- Optimized content drives higher engagement, lower bounce rates, and improved conversion metrics.
- Driving increased volumes of MQLs and SQLs to effectively support and accelerate the sales pipeline
