Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DIGITAL ADVERTISING (70%):

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for admissions
  • Set up and optimize Google Ads (Search & Display) targeting school admissions keywords
  • Run LinkedIn campaigns for job postings and parent targeting
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, audiences, and CTAs
  • Monitor and optimize daily to achieve ₹250-350 cost per lead targets
  • Coordinate with design team using Canva brand kit for ad creatives
  • Use GoMarble or similar analytics platforms for performance tracking

CRM & LEAD MANAGEMENT (20%):

  • Track all ad-generated leads in CRM/spreadsheet system
  • Maintain lead database with proper campaign attribution by campus
  • Coordinate with admissions team on lead follow-up and counselling scheduling
  • Monitor conversion rates from lead → counselling → admission
  • Create weekly lead status reports

ANALYTICS & REPORTING (10%):

  • Track KPIs: Cost per lead, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS
  • Provide weekly performance insights and optimization recommendations
  • Use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, UTM parameters for accurate tracking
  • Prepare monthly campaign reports with actionable data

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager (MANDATORY)
  • Proven track record running campaigns with ₹50,000+ monthly budgets
  • Experience setting up campaigns from scratch, not just monitoring
  • Lead generation campaign experience (not just brand awareness)

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Meta Ads Manager: Campaign setup, audience targeting, pixel tracking, A/B testing
  • Google Ads: Search and display campaigns, keyword research, bid optimization
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager: Sponsored content, targeting
  • Google Analytics and UTM tracking
  • CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) OR advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Basic Canva skills for coordinating with designers

METRICS KNOWLEDGE:

  • Understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS
  • Ability to calculate and optimize for cost per acquisition targets

EDUCATION:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
