KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage and drive customer acquisition & retention across digital channels (social, search, affiliate, display, ad network, programmatic)
- Develop and manage short and long-term budgeting to achieve objectives
- Run A/B tests across campaigns/channels to identify key levers of growth
- Develop audience targeting strategy, placement strategy, KPI strategies, messaging strategy, retargeting strategies, budgeting forecasting, and spending strategies
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, including email, landing pages, content, and social channels
- Convert site traffic through calls to action, landing pages, and lead-generation content
- Manage both on-page and off-page SEO
- Ensure our websites convey brand and product stories, reflect best practices, provide users with an intuitive experience and actively move visitors through the appropriate funnels to drive conversion
- Maintain all brand websites, ensuring desired updates are implemented
- Ensure new brand and product stories are developed and implemented
- Lead the strategic development of content that actively engages all personas and increases site visibility
- Monitor and optimize all aspects of the brand websites
- Oversee the development, implementation and analysis of all paid campaigns
- Manage budget and resources for all areas of responsibility for digital
- Drive operational productivity by optimizing marketing resources and streamlining processes
- Sustain a culture that nurtures innovation, problem-solving, collaboration, and accountability
