The Role
- Own content, lead generation, and multichannel marketing end-to-end
- Work directly with the founder
- High visibility, high ownership, fast learning curve
Key Responsibilities
Content (40%)
- Plan and manage the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, blog
- Script reels, design carousels (Canva), write captions
- Support founder's thought leadership content
Lead Generation (35%)
- Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns for student leads
- Manage landing pages, lead forms, and CRM hygiene
- Track CPL, conversion rates, ROI — optimise weekly
- Coordinate with counselling team on lead follow-ups
Multichannel Marketing (25%)
- Execute campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SEO
- Manage Google My Business, education portals, review sites
- Support webinar and event promotions
- Maintain a single performance dashboard
Must-Have
- 1-2 years in digital marketing (agency, edtech, or D2C preferred)
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Strong written English
- Analytical mindset
- Self-starter
Nice-to-Have
- Study abroad / edtech experience
- Video editing skills
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Worked directly with a founder before
