Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Statice Media. The role involves managing selected B2B and B2C client accounts, planning social media and content strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of monthly marketing deliverables.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with client communication, content writing, social media planning, email marketing, task coordination, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks for the team.
• Plan monthly social media calendars across different client accounts.
• Write content for social media posts, captions, emails, blogs, and basic website sections.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure creatives are completed in line with brand guidelines and timelines.
• Review and approve content and creatives before sharing with clients.
• Attend client calls, take feedback, and ensure timely execution of changes.
• Track ongoing tasks and ensure monthly deliverables are completed on time.
• Prepare basic reports and performance updates for clients.
• Support email marketing campaigns, content planning, and campaign coordination.
• Coordinate with the paid ads or SEO team when required.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Ability to write clear and engaging content for different industries.
• Comfortable managing client conversations professionally.
• Ability to plan content calendars and coordinate execution.
• Good sense of design, branding, and creative quality.
• Ability to manage timelines, feedback, and multiple client accounts.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Should be proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Additional Skills

• Basic Canva knowledge would be beneficial.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, or Google Ads would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience with email marketing would be an added advantage.
