We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, well-versed in digital marketing concepts, and capable of turning creative ideas into effective online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation: Brainstorm creative content, manage social media, and update website content to drive engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Optimization: Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, including improving user funnels and landing pages.
- Collaboration: Work with designers and agencies to improve user experience (UX) and creative assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, or WebTrends.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and development constraints is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Hubspot, Google Analytics, or Google and meta Ads.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the same requirement as ours and Maximum of 3 years of experience.
