Digital Marketing Executive

We're looking for a passionate digital marketing executive who wants to take advertising beyond just running ads.

At Socioninja, we help fashion brands scale using Meta and Google Ads by aligning performance with brand positioning and vision.

Responsibilities:

1. Writing high-converting ad copies
2. Setting up and scaling Facebook and Instagram campaigns
3. Pixel setup and tracking implementation
4. Working closely on creatives including angles, hooks, and concepts
5. Daily campaign management and optimization
6. Tracking performance and analyzing data
7. Understanding brand positioning
8. Competitor research and analysis
9. Building strategy and action plans with clients
10. Driving profitable ROAS

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads
2. Good eye for selecting winning creatives
3. Knowledge of eCommerce funnels, Google Analytics, and copywriting is a plus
4. Ability to work 8+ hours a day
5. Strong communication skills

Compensation:

The first 3 months will be a training phase with a fixed stipend of ₹8,000 per month plus performance-based incentives. 

After 3 months, there will be a base salary based on your performance and an incentive structure where total earnings can go up to ₹50,000 per month.
