Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, conducting in-depth market research, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies. Additionally, the role includes analyzing campaign performance, generating insights, and implementing data-driven improvements to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and strong strategic planning capabilities
• Expertise in conducting Market Research and analyzing consumer behavior
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales and customer acquisition strategies
• Ability to implement and measure effective Marketing campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads platforms, or CRM software is a plus
• Expert in promoting paid ads on Meta and Youtube and reducing cost of lead generation
