Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at SocialBinge's office located in Dwarka, Delhi. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and managing daily social media operations, including content scheduling, campaign strategy, trend monitoring, community engagement, performance tracking and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Write engaging captions, choose relevant hashtags, and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
• Monitor trends, reels, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and build online community.
• Track and report on content performance, engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and paid ads teams to align campaigns.
• 6 month to 1 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, trend-awareness, and strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
• Basic design skills in Canva
• Understanding of paid ads, SEO, and influencer marketing.
