We are looking for a Digital Marketer with 1 year of experience to drive our social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, copy) tailored for each platform. Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a loyal community on social media.
- Campaign Management: Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize them for performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to evaluate KPIs and ROI.
- Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices on social media platforms.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Proven experience in creating and managing social media content and campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Creative with a strong understanding of visual design principles for social media.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
