Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist

Hiring Partner: 1 2 101 (Recruiting on behalf of Thithilii)

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Brand Manager

Work Model: On-Site (strictly NO remote and NO freelancers)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM

Salary: 3.7 LPA - 4.2 LPA (Subject to experience)

Role Summary

The Digital Marketer will drive Thithilii's digital presence, performance marketing efforts and online customer acquisition. This role manages social media, SEO, website traffic, paid ads, email marketing and overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Coordinate plans, approvals and content for all digital platforms; working closely with agency partners, consultants, designers, and content creators to deliver engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage social engagement across platforms, ensuring timely responses to all DMs and comments.
  • Close communication loops by redirecting conversations to WhatsApp or calls as per company protocol.
  • Ensure all sales-related enquiries are immediately passed on to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Notify consultants or relevant team members about influencer or collaboration requests.
  • Route specific queries, complaints, or feedback to the appropriate internal team to ensure quick resolution.

Website & E-commerce Support

  • Optimize website for traffic, conversions, navigation and user experience.
  • Assist in maintaining updated and accurate product listings, banners, and collections on Shopify, coordinating and uploading content as needed.

Performance Marketing

  • Execute and optimize paid ads across Meta, Google, YouTube and other channels.
  • Manage retargeting, lookalike audiences and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Track ROI, CPC, CPM, CTR, CAC and other campaign KPIs.

SEO & Email Marketing

  • Implement on-page SEO, keyword research, site optimization and blog coordination.
  • Create and monitor newsletters, promotional emails, and automation flows (abandoned cart, etc).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor analytics across Google Analytics, Meta insights, Shopify metrics etc.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Digital Marketing.
  • 12 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally for a fashion/e-commerce brand.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing and analytics tools.
  • Good copywriting skills and basic understanding of design aesthetics.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be sharp and capable of thinking and operating independently.
  • Should be comfortable collaborating with and guiding team members when needed.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Experience conducting shoots, coordinating content, and working with creators.
  • Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • A creative eye with experience using Canva or any design software.
