We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be strong in campaign optimization, A/B testing, audience strategy, and performance analysis with a clear focus on ROI and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
• Handle lead generation, conversion, traffic, and retargeting campaigns
• Create and manage campaign structures, ad sets, keywords, audiences, and creatives
  

Optimization & Scaling

• Perform continuous campaign optimization to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing for:
• Creatives (images, videos, copies)
• Ad formats
• Audiences & placements
• Landing pages (in coordination with team)
• Scale winning campaigns without budget or performance drop
  

Analytics & Tracking

• Monitor performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Set up and manage:
• Meta Pixel
• Google Tag Manager
• Conversion tracking
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights
  

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Share insights, learnings, and optimization plans with internal teams and clients
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of:
• Audience targeting & retargeting
• Lookalike audiences
• Keyword research & bidding strategies
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks
• Basic understanding of landing pages and CRO
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

• Experience with WhatsApp lead flows / CRM integrations
• Knowledge of YouTube Ads & Performance Max
• Agency experience
• Experience handling multiple ad accounts
