Job Title:-SEM Specialist
Job Brief:-
We are looking for Paid Marketing Specialist with proven experience & success in lead generation using Google Ads, Social and native ad platforms. Specifically, end-to-end experience of creation & optimizing search, image & video campaigns, native ads from keyword research to design of landing page. The role requires design of campaigns including text of the ads, landing pages and analysis based on the real-time performance and optimization.
Responsibilities:-
Devise, execute SEM campaigns, Native campaigns with A/B and multivariate test.
Track the campaign performance on-going basis & optimize ad copy, keywords and landing pages to maximise lead generation.
Collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
Competitor Analysis
Perform keyword research and optimization.
Requirements:-
Sound understanding & experience of paid marketing platforms & SEM process
Hands-on with Google Ads, Facebook or/& native ad platforms
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio & native ad platforms.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM/ paid marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate test
Experience in real estate domain &/or an agency &/or experience in content writing will be preferred.
At least 3-5 years of work experience
Google Ads & Google Analytics certified.
