Experience Required
- 12 years in digital marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkdin etc.)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Plan and create engaging content (posts, captions, reels)
- Handle website SEO (on-page, Off-page & basic technical SEO)
- Improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Monitor performance and generate reports
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Optimize content for voice search, featured snippets, and AI-based search results
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Structure content to rank in AI-driven search engines and generative platforms
- CRM Management: Handle lead tracking, nurturing, and basic automation
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media management & growth strategies
- Knowledge of SEO (on-page, keywords, basic technical SEO)
- Familiarity with AEO & GEO concepts
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in healthcare/ dental marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of automation workflows and chatbots
- Basic design/ video tools
