Job Description

A fast-growing provider in the Digital Marketing & IT services sector, delivering full-funnel performance marketing, content-led SEO, and paid-media strategies for B2B and B2C customers. We design measurable acquisition funnels and conversion-driven campaigns that scale revenue and reduce customer acquisition cost.

Remote-first role supporting pan-India and global campaigns; strong emphasis on analytics, ROI, and continuous optimisation.

Primary Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to maximise conversions and ROI.
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO tasks: keyword research, technical checks, content briefs and backlink outreach to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automationsegment lists, build journeys, A/B test creatives and analyse deliverability/performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and platform dashboards; produce weekly reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content, design and product teams to create high-converting landing pages, ad creatives and content assets aligned to channel strategies.
  • Run CRO experiments (A/B tests), monitor funnel metrics and implement quick wins to improve conversion rates and lower CAC.

Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience executing paid and organic campaigns with a demonstrable portfolio of results. Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in a remote setup. Excellent written English for content briefs and ad copy.
