Primary Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to maximise conversions and ROI.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO tasks: keyword research, technical checks, content briefs and backlink outreach to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automationsegment lists, build journeys, A/B test creatives and analyse deliverability/performance.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and platform dashboards; produce weekly reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design and product teams to create high-converting landing pages, ad creatives and content assets aligned to channel strategies.
- Run CRO experiments (A/B tests), monitor funnel metrics and implement quick wins to improve conversion rates and lower CAC.
