Role Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute Karma Group's digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The role focuses on lead generation, brand visibility, campaign execution, and performance tracking, working closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who understands performance marketing, content distribution, and analytics in a hospitality or lifestyle-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Support lead generation campaigns for resorts, memberships, promotions etc
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
Website & SEO Support
- Assist in managing website content updates, banners, blogs, and campaign pages
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies for technical SEO improvements
Social Media & Content
- Support content planning and publishing across social media platforms
- Track engagement and campaign performance
- Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across platforms
Email & CRM Marketing
- Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotions
- Maintain mailing lists and support CRM-based campaigns
- Track open rates, CTRs, and conversions
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze data to suggest optimizations and improvements
Vendor & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies and vendors
- Work closely with Sales, Resort Marketing, and Brand teams
- Support campaign execution timelines and deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Marketing Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and ad formats
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Proactive, execution-focused, and result-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or real estate marketing
