Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive service bookings across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing online content, running paid and organic campaigns, and monitoring website and campaign performance using analytics tools. The Digital Marketing Executive will coordinate with operations and customer support teams to promote offers, track lead conversions, and enhance the overall customer journey. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, recommending improvements, and staying updated on digital marketing trends relevant to the automotive and service sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in digital marketing domains such as social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and basic search engine optimization (SEO).
• Ability to create and manage online content, including copywriting for ads and posts, basic graphic/content design coordination, and campaign messaging.
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and lead-generation strategies for local service businesses.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Odia, Hindi) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with on-ground service and operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in digital marketing for startups, automotive services, or local service brands is a plus.
