About The Opportunity
Join a growing technology organisation focused on cloud communications and customer experience solutions. We are building performance-driven digital marketing programs to increase qualified pipeline, improve conversion rates, and scale brand presence across paid, organic, content, and email channels. This role is ideal for a data-minded digital marketer who executes campaigns end-to-end and measures impact rigorously.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms to meet CPL and ROI targets.
- Manage on-page and technical SEO initiatives to grow organic visibility and keyword rankings for high-intent queries.
- Create, publish and maintain website content using WordPress; A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Run email marketing campaigns and automation to nurture leads and drive product trials and demos.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad-platform reporting; deliver weekly/monthly insights and action plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams to align messaging, update creatives, and improve lead qualification and handoff.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns (paid search, social, SEO, email).
- Proven track record of managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns with measurable ROI improvements.
- Practical experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking (UTM, goals, events).
- Experience managing website content and landing pages on WordPress; basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable optimisations and clear reports.
- Comfortable working on-site in India and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and native ad-platform optimisation techniques.
- Basic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for quick creative iterations.
