What We're Looking For

Position: Digital Marketing Executive (Entry to Mid-Level)

Location: Remote (for now), with office hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: 22,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)

Type: Full-Time

Your Profile

• A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or side projects are a bonus!).
• A strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to grow.
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO concepts is a must.
• Strong writing skills with great attention to detail.
• An analytical mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Paid Social, PPC, and more.
• Use Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) (on-page, off-page, and technical) to optimise our client's website, working with tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush.
• Produce high-quality marketing materials with a strong focus on copywriting, visual appeal, and brand consistency - using tools like Canva or Photoshop where needed.
• Oversee scheduling, posting, and optimisation across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Help create engaging content for blogs, and email newsletters.
• Support the management of paid search and social campaigns, including keyword research and performance tracking.
• Monitor website traffic and social media engagement using tools like Google Analytics.
• Conduct competitor research and report on trends and opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with the team.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with content management systems like WordPress or Squarespace.
• Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
