Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in amplifying Docemy's online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving traffic to our platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing team passionate about transforming medical education.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to user engagement, fostering a strong online community.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials tailored to our audience.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistent branding.

Whatsapp & Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email campaigns for promotions, updates, and engagement with our subscriber base.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for higher open and conversion rates.

Paid Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track website traffic and key digital marketing KPIs on a regular basis
  • Generate regular performance reports and propose data driven strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or pursuing one).
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing (1-2 years preferred, but freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools like Wordpress, Adobe Suite, AWS SES, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
