Experience: 2+ Year in Digital Marketing (Performance Focused)

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can run performance campaigns, manage content, and grow our digital footprint. You'll be working directly with the founding team to scale our Malayalam learner base.

Qualification

2+ year of digital marketing experience (EdTech experience is a plus)

Strong skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns

Ability to manage social media pages (especially Instagram & YouTube)

Basic SEO, email marketing, and automation knowledge

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment

Fluent in Malayalam written and spoken (mandatory)

Responsibilities

Run paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google & YouTube

Manage organic growth and content calendars

Track campaign performance & report metrics

Collaborate with video team for content strategy

Optimize lead funnels & drive quality leads
